About Us

How can I contact you?

⁃ At the moment we have a live chat facility which connects you to a real human in the bottom corner & our email address which is on our contact us page & we have a request a callback section for one of our bathroom specialist to call you back

Do you have a showroom?

⁃ we do but it is currently being renovated and will open in 1-2 months at which point we welcome you to come down to see the latest products in our BRAND NEW state of the art showroom!

Can I modify an existing order?

⁃ of course! We understand things change and building works can require other items so as long as a the order hasn’t been shipped we can change the order if it has been sent out then we will notify you what the next steps are! If you want to simply add items on the order then get in touch and we will add to your existing order

Shipping and Delivery

How long is delivery?

⁃ we offer a 2-10 day delivery but we aim to deliver most items within 3 working days if you live somewhere remote or you order a larger order it can take a little bit longer

Do you offer next day delivery?

⁃ NEXT DAY DELIVERY is available on most items please get in touch by live chat/email/request a call back and we will get this arranged cut off time is 2pm

Do we offer collection?

⁃ at the moment we are renovating our showroom and warehouse so collections are currently unavailable but will be available soon!

Do we get notified about delivery or can I track my new bathroom?

⁃ almost all items are sent via a courier who will send you a text or give you a call to give you a window with a time of delivery so please make sure you provide us with the right number!

What happens if I am not available to take delivery?

⁃ If it is a small item that has gone on a parcel courier they will more then likely leave it with a neighbour or try 3 time to deliver in total & if it is a larger delivery you will need to sign for this so if you can’t be there please give the courier a call to arrange a suitable time or give us a call and we will assist where possible

Do you ship internationally?

⁃ at the moment we cannot ship internationally but we can ship to a freight forwarder on mainland UK who can ship to your country and if you need help with this we will be more then happy to help

Returns and Refunds

My items arrived damaged or I am missing items!

⁃ in the extremely rare occasion where something arrives damaged or you are missing please get in touch as soon as possible and we will get this fixed within 24 hours where possible!
